Welcome to our family journey!

 I'm Richelle, happily married to my soulmate, and together we have two energetic boys and a loyal German Shepherd. Our lives took a new direction when we both switched careers; my husband joined the EMS field, and I immersed myself in the study of movement. Our path became even more meaningful when our youngest was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just 10 months old, I knew I wanted to help people. A year after our youngest diagnosis I enrolled in NAIT personal fitness trainer course. This was life-changing for me in many ways, ways I couldn’t have imagined.

Having played sports throughout my childhood, including softball, swimming, hockey, dance, and gymnastics, I've gained invaluable lessons beyond just the games and friendships. These experiences taught me the importance of collaboration, shaping my character and skills both on and off the field. Each sport added a unique layer to my understanding of dedication and perseverance."

I have a strong background in diabetes management and safety protocols. I would be a great asset to your team. I'd help you reach your goal of adding movement in without the risks of lows. Working alongside your endo team, helping improve your health or bringing your A1C down. 

I love to paint and could draw at a very young age. I love animals so much so I learnt how to groom, and train and was the first trick dog instructor in Canada. I love being outside, hiking mountains, biking, fishing, anything outside or adventure for my family I'm game for.

Im a competitive OCR racer, I started racing over 10 years ago and have been addicted ever since. I race 30 races. The feeling you get after a race is nothing I ever felt before in my life. I hope to bottle that up one day and give it to all my clients. That feeling is something everyone should experience.

Not only will I be your trainer, your cheerleader but your friend.
